The work involves handling queries of NRIs over phone and live chat.
You are expected to be online 9 pm to 6 am. Please read through the details before applying.
Requirements
1 to 4 years experience in Customer Support
Excellent communication in English plus Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Hindi
Available to join immediately
Ability to work independently
Candidates with frequent job changes won't be considered
Key points to note
It is 6 days a week job
Induction will happen for 15 days in Chennai Head Office, during day time
Chennai candidates preferred, as you need to report to office once or twice in a month for meeting and know about new arrivals. This discussion will happen during day time
Salary: Rs.18,000 - Rs.22,000 (depending upon experience)
